At MAXCEI we do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below you will find the essential information about shipping and delivery for purchases made in our online store.

1. Delivery Methods

• Home delivery — your order is shipped by courier to the address provided during checkout.
• In-store pickup (Click & Collect) — you may choose to collect your order, free of shipping charges, at one of the MAXCEI stores in Portugal.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain. For other destinations, please contact us beforehand so we can confirm availability.

3. Delivery Times

The times shown are estimates in business days, counted after payment confirmation and order processing:

• Mainland Portugal: usually 1 to 3 business days.
• Mainland Spain: usually 2 to 5 business days.
• In-store pickup: you will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.

These times may vary during periods of high demand, holiday seasons or for reasons beyond MAXCEI's control (weather conditions, courier delays, etc.).

4. Processing and Tracking

Orders are prepared on business days. After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details needed to track the delivery status, whenever the courier service allows it.

5. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, before you complete the purchase, according to the destination and the characteristics of the order. In-store pickup is free of charge.
