Delivery Information

At MAXCEI we do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below you will find the essential information about shipping and delivery for purchases made in our online store.

1. Delivery Methods

• Home delivery — your order is shipped by courier to the address provided during checkout.
• In-store pickup (Click & Collect) — you may choose to collect your order, free of shipping charges, at one of the MAXCEI stores in Portugal.
• Pickup point — collect your order at the courier's pickup point nearest to you, from its network of available pickup points.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to Mainland Portugal, the Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira) and Mainland Spain. For other destinations, please contact us beforehand so we can confirm availability.

3. Delivery Times

The times shown are estimates in business days, counted after payment confirmation and order processing:

• Mainland Portugal: usually 1 to 3 business days.
• Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira): usually 2 to 12 business days.
• Mainland Spain: usually 2 to 5 business days.
• In-store pickup: for in-stock items, allow around 2 hours within store opening hours; you will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.

These times may vary during periods of high demand, holiday seasons or for reasons beyond MAXCEI's control (weather conditions, courier delays, etc.).

4. Processing and Tracking

Orders are prepared on business days. After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details needed to track the delivery status, whenever the courier service allows it.

5. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, before you complete the purchase, according to the destination and the characteristics of the order. In-store pickup is free of charge.

Free shipping on orders of €150 or more, under the following conditions:

• Mainland Portugal: shipping is entirely free (except baquets — racing bucket seats and bulky items).

Baquets (racing bucket seats) and other bulky items are excluded from free shipping because they count as large-volume goods: their dimensions incur additional carrier surcharges, so shipping for these items is always calculated separately.
